THERAPY RATES

Rates for 2024

$250 for the intake session

$190 for each subsequent session (individual or relationship therapy)

I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation for us to both assess if I am the right fit for you. If this is something you are interested in, please let me know.

When you complete the intake process with me, you will be asked to put a credit card on file which will be charged after the session. You will be emailed a receipt. Therapy with me is a HSA or FSA eligible expense.

Laska Therapy and Education, LLC is not in-network with any insurance plans. The receipt you receive from me will have all of the information that is typically requested from an insurance company if you would like to seek out-of-network coverage. I am unable to submit these receipts on your behalf.

If your insurance company requires additional information, I am more than happy to produce the information they request, with your consent. If you are pursuing out-of-network coverage, I strongly recommend you contact the customer service phone number on your insurance card to verify if you can receive any reimbursement for services for your time with me. Make sure you mention you would be working with me at Laska Therapy and Education, LLC.
